iOpening: Using Applications Service

What are the Features?

Teaching and education on a range of productivity and office applications, including:

• Introduction to Microsoft Office 2003 & 2007, Word Processing and Spreadsheets.
• Introduction to Apple iLife & Apple iWork 08.
• The use of telephone and voice-based Internet services such as Live Messenger, Skype, iChat and Yahoo Instant Messenger.

The training session will last for two hours, and will provide a comprehensive handout and walkthrough guide to aid you with the learning process.

What is it all about?

The iOpening Applications Classroom Service aims to teach the basic fundamentals of the popular productivity and communication applications available to the PC and MAC-based computer user.

What will I get?

This service can be presented to an individual or up to a maximum of 4 people in a relaxed, classroom environment. Training material will be provided during the session.
