iOpening: Internet Startup Service

The costs are based on a teaching session of 2 Hours.

One-to-one training is priced at £80 per visit.

Classroom (max 4 people) £70 (per candidate)

What are the Features?

Teaching and advice on how to setup an Internet ready computer system, either a PC or MAC based system, that will include:

Connection - Telephone, Broadband, Satellite or Cable.
PC or Mac hardware requirements.
Choosing an Internet Service Provider (ISP) & Prices.
Breaking down the “Jargon”.
Basic Internet use and building on your current knowledge.
Basic security awareness and what is meant by Anti-Virus, Firewall, SpyWare.
Using the Internet with special needs.
Recommendations on further reading/training.

The training session will last for two hours, and will provide a comprehensive handout and walkthrough guide to aid you with the learning process.

The iOpening Internet Startup Service provides individuals with an introduction to getting connected on line and working on the Internet.

The service is aimed at individuals who wish to connect to the Internet, and need advice on where to start.
