What are the Features?

iOpening will present the training session based on the following specific areas:

• Power on Computer.
• Changing the desktop and environment.
• Explore Desktop.
• What’s in the Box?
• Housekeeping.
• Where are my Files?
• Peripherals – USB/Cameras/iPod/ Printers.
• Playing Media.
• Shutdown/Basic Backup.

The training session will last for two hours, and will provide a comprehensive handout and walkthrough guide to aid you with the learning process.

What is it all about?

The iOpening Starter for Ten Service has been developed to assist users that are new to computing or those who have had a computer for some time.

iOpening recognise that not everybody is familiar with the features and functions of today’s PC or Apple MAC operating systems and has developed a service that is aimed at developing your understanding of what the PC or MAC can do for you.

What will I get?

iOpening will provide you with specialist one-to-one guidance and advice, that will give you the confidence to use your computer and grow your knowledge.

The session will aim to walk you through the standard aspects of what you get with the operating system and how to use each element.
