iOpening will present the training session based on the following specific areas:

• Finding Information.
• On-Line Shopping.
• Communication.
• Sharing Media.
• Bookmarks.

The training session will last for two hours, and will provide a comprehensive handout and walkthrough guide to aid you with the learning process.

The iOpening Web Use Service provides individuals with a greater understanding of the Internet’s capabilities, from Internet browser software, Email, Internet Banking, Internet Shopping, Search Engines and Information Services.

At iOpening, we recognise the use of the Internet for the first time can be daunting, and with that in mind, we have created a service to help you achieve a greater understanding of the World Wide Web.

What will I get?

This service can be presented to an individual or up to a maximum of 4 people in a relaxed, classroom environment. Training material will be provided during the session.

The session will aim to walk you through the various aspects of the Internet and it's various uses.
